Erika is still using her Grass type Pokémon. Jumpluff looks like a Water type but it's still Grass, my Magmar made sure of that. Erika is simple enough, Fire will disintegrate all of her Pokémon in a couple hits. After you beat Erika and earn her Rainbow Badge and TM 19, Giga Drain. Now you can head on to Fuchsia City by way of the Bike Path.
